It includes a Social Security Number verification, a criminal record search in all of the applicant’s counties of residence for the last seven years, a national criminal database search, a Motor Vehicles records report and prior employer verification.

Social Security Number Verification
A database search with a national credit bureau. Reported information may include name or names associated with the Social Security Number, address history and employers.
County Criminal Record Search
Three counties included. Felony and misdemeanor records search of County Court level records for applicants’ previous 7 years of residency. If not available, a statewide criminal search will be substituted.
National Criminal Database Search
National criminal database comprised of over a 150 million felony/misdemeanor records, sex offender registry list of all stated, and most wanted list of 11 Federal agencies. Automatically includes a Government Watch List (Office of Foreign Assets Control) report.
Motor Vehicle Records Search
Reports driving record from state DMV, including infractions, disciplinary actions, issue date, expiration date, status and restrictions.
Prior Employer Verification
Former employment is investigated to include dates of employment and position held, and may include wages earned, attendance records, eligibility for rehire, and reason for leaving/termination.
