State-Specific Disclosure Notices

The Car Buyers' Bill of Rights requires all Minnesota dealers to deliver a consumer report disclosure notice to residents whenever a credit report is ordered. As of January 1, 2008, Minnesota dealers are required to deliver a Consumer Report Disclosure notice to Minnesota residents whenever a credit report is ordered.

Enhancements

While Minnesota provides only the Credit Report Disclosure notice, it has been enhanced to include one signature and date line for individual credit reports, and two signature and date lines for joint credit reports.
