First Advantage to Provide Consumer Leads on DealerTrack’s Leads Network

Lake Success, NY, February 11, 2008 ─ DealerTrack, Inc., a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAK), a leading provider of on-demand software and data solutions for the U.S. automotive retail industry, today announced that the Dealer Services segment of First Advantage Corporation (Nasdaq: FADV) has agreed to offer high-quality purchase request, subprime and bankruptcy consumer leads through the DealerTrack Leads NetworkTM. The DealerTrack Leads Network enables dealers to take greater control of the leads purchasing process by only buying the leads they need.

The Leads Network is available to DealerTrack users on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no long-term contract or minimum purchasing commitment. The Network enables dealers to view leads from multiple providers in one convenient place when they login to DealerTrack. They can set the criteria they choose to screen leads – such as location, vehicle make and model, or credit status – and bid to purchase only the leads they want.  Because the Leads Network is fully integrated with the DealerTrack platform, dealers can submit credit applications generated from the leads directly to connected lenders without reentering any customer data.
