First Advantage CREDCO Teams with RouteOne to Deliver Prospect Leads to Automotive Dealers
First Advantage CREDCO, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ: FADV), a global risk mitigation and business solutions provider, today announced the integration of its prospect lead solutions with RouteOne®, a Web-based credit application management tool for automotive dealers. Under the agreement, First Advantage CREDCO will deliver Internet and subprime consumer prospect leads via RouteOne to U.S. automotive dealership clients, enabling them to efficiently target inmarket customers and sell more cars.
“Our integration with best-in-class providers such as First Advantage CREDCO offers dealers the solutions they need to identify in-market prospects and to manage the lifecycle of a consumer’s automotive buying process,” said RouteOne CEO Mike Jurecki. “A consumer’s decision to purchase a vehicle doesn’t usually happen quickly, since most conduct a fair amount of online research and comparison shopping first. Through relationships with providers like First Advantage CREDCO, we can provide dealers the tools they need to effectively communicate with consumers – and manage their purchasing expectations – throughout the buying lifecycle.”
Seamless integration gives dealerships a “click and go” process for managing lead prospecting information directly from their RouteOne credit application management platform, or they can request to have leads sent in another manner to the dealership. This solution enables dealers to focus on showing cars and closing deals, not administering prospect leads.
“Our expanded relationship with RouteOne enables our mutual customers to get access to quality consumer leads in an efficient, secure manner,” said Eric J. Rumsey, president of First Advantage CREDCO. “Our Internet and subprime lead solutions allow dealers to optimally manage their contact strategy throughout the consumers’ buying lifecycle when they shop for vehicles.”
Since 2003, the two companies have enjoyed a successful business relationship based on CreditMaster®, First Advantage CREDCO’s private-labeled credit information service. CreditMaster provides RouteOne dealerships with integrated, flexible credit reporting to help make fast, accurate and reliable delivery decisions. The integration of lead generation solutions expands this relationship, providing another value-added convenient service to RouteOne clients.
