Patrick Colbert is the senior vice president of First Advantage CREDCO’s Automotive & Specialty Markets (ASM) Division, which serves the automotive, recreational vehicle, marine and other consumer lending industries. In this role, he is responsible for sales, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies.

Colbert began his career in the credit reporting industry in 1991 with Factual Data, a mortgage credit information company. In 1993, he joined First American CREDCO’s Mortgage Division before becoming one of the early members of CREDCO’s ASM Division in 1996.

As a member of the automotive services team, Colbert was instrumental in building the relationship between The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and First Advantage CREDCO. His contributions led to several promotions and, in 2004, he was promoted to his current position as senior vice president.

Colbert established the organizational structure of the automotive services team, which has grown from a handful of employees in the mid-90’s to over 50 today. During his tenure, ASM’s revenues, customer base, and product penetration have grown significantly.

Colbert has a bachelor’s degree from McDaniel College.
