Kevin Clements

In his role as senior vice president of corporate development for First Advantage CREDCO, Kevin Clements provides support for all initiatives undertaken by the Automotive & Specialty Markets Division. He is also responsible for seeking out new opportunities and exploring untapped markets for the division’s products and services.

Clements began his career in the automotive industry when he joined The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, installing and servicing dealership software in Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky. He later took a position at Reynolds and Reynolds’ Dayton headquarters in the corporate services group. Clements was soon promoted to a position managing the relationships between Reynolds and Reynolds and all Detroit-based auto manufacturers, including Ford and Volkswagen. After relocating to California, he handled manufacturer services for all West Coast-based OEMs.

A series of promotions for Clements led to managing some of Reynolds and Reynolds’ largest strategic accounts, and eventually overseeing all of the company’s finance and insurance (F&I) related business as senior director of F&I e-business. In 2000, he joined First Advantage CREDCO to implement a major turnaround in profitability for the company’s FASTRAC Systems. After successfully accomplishing this objective and overseeing the sale of FASTRAC, Clements returned to California where he assumed his current position with First Advantage CREDCO.

Clements has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
